Miss Eugenia Ip is a Specialist Breast Surgeon. She completed extensive training locally and overseas in the management of breast diseases and oncoplastic breast surgical techniques.  She undertook accredited training with Breast Surgeons Australia and New Zealand, as well as obtained clinical experience in world-renowned Specialist Breast Cancer Centres in Paris, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

She is certified to perform breast ultrasound and biopsies by the Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine.

She was awarded her fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons after completing her general surgical training at St Vincent’s Hospital (Sydney).

She strongly believes that all patients require excellent breast care, and that this is only possible through surgical education to all and governance of surgical services. Her commitment to women and the Victorian community is therefore not only reflected in her clinical practice, but also her other professional commitments.

She is a Senior Lecturer (Monash University), Prevocational Training Supervisor (Monash Health), Member of the Victorian State Committee (Royal Australasian College of Surgeons), Member of the Education Committee (BreastSurgANZ) and Member of the General Surgery Education and Training Evaluation Committee (General Surgeons Australia).
